How were we selected?
To determine the 2019 5-Star ratings, The Channel Company’s research team assessed each supplier’s partner program based on investments in program offerings, partner profitability, partner training, education and support, marketing programs and resources, sales support, and communication.
We’re proud to say that all of the above categories are key points of focus for our channel team. We strive to provide the best experience possible for our partners, whether that be through our marketing, product support or even taking calls at 3am. We’re always here to help, day or night.
